This international day of action is not just a march—it's a call to action. Join us on Sunday, April 21st, 2024, as we stand in solidarity for the World Liberation March for Mother Earth. Organized by the Intersectional Eco Liberation Movement, an international coalition of environmental and social justice organizations and activists, this monumental project seeks to unite activists globally in the battle for a more just and sustainable world. Featuring powerful speakers, poets, musicians, and dancers, this event will be a celebration of resilience and resistance. It will be centered around the influential history of La Raza Park, which was home to the Chicano Movement in the 60s and 70s—a testament to the enduring spirit of grassroots activism. Join us as we march, speak out, and demand change. Together, we can create a future where all voices are heard, and our planet and its people thrive. La Raza Park

FREE Earth Day Clothing SwapFREE Earth Day Clothing SwapTime: 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm
With spring officially upon us, it’s the perfect time to spring clean your wardrobe! Instead of donating your gently used pieces (since it’s estimated that 80-85% of donations go to the landfill), send your pre-loved pieces on their own fashionable adventure by bringing them to the free Earth Day Clothing Swap in collaboration with And Denver. Swap pieces that you no longer love with new (to you) pieces on Monday, April 22, from 4 – 7 PM. Any leftover pieces will be recirculated in the city or consciously donated to local organizations. Celebrate Earth Day by swapping – it’s affordable, sustainable, and so fun!

Community solar is the easiest way to support clean, renewable energy, and anyone with an Xcel bill can participate… even renters! It costs you absolutely nothing more than what you’re already paying Xcel, plus a few minutes of your time, and for Earth Month, Sunshare wants to pay you $200 for the few minutes it takes to learn about our program and get signed up! I will spend about 15 minutes reviewing the program and then open it up for questions. If you need to come late we can recap. I’ll be on the zoom for 40 minutes, and we can set a separate followup if you have further questions. Can’t wait to save the world together!
